Horrible customer service. Walked in around 4:30 PM on a Saturday (8/12/23) and was met with an employee with a very unpleasant look as if I was inconveniencing them. No customers inside and no one in the drive thru. It almost looked as if they were closed. I scanned the empty dining room asked if they were open and the employee replied with an irritated yes. I noticed that I left my wallet in the vehicle. As I proceeded to go out to get it, the employee then said “Actually, we are about to close the inside. You can go through the drive thru.”

I went to the drive through around 4pm today. No one to take my order. Other cars bypassed the marquee and drove to the window. The store was locked, lights on, no one there, no cars in the parking lot. It was as if someone walked out and left the building as is.

Was horrible. We didn’t get our food. We never even got anyone to come to the lobby door or even come to the drive through window. We had to get a refund of our order through the app. I’m not sure what their issue is, but until they get a staff change I won’t be back to the Hughes road burger king.

Don’t usually have trouble with lunch during the week. Went through the drive through today, a Saturday afternoon, and my Whopper Jr was cold. So cold I could hold my hand on the actual patty and there was not even the least bit of warmth radiating from it. My fries also tasted bland and like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for an excessive amount of time. I recommend getting something that needs to be cooked to order so that you can guarantee that it’s fresh.

I understand no one wants to work or it’s hard to find help, whatever the case may be.. you open at 6am you are a manager, you have food already in the grab and go warmers and your going to come out and tell me you don’t open till 8 because of employees, it’s 6:30, instead of spending the energy coming out and telling me that you can’t serve me because of other people not being there why not serve what you can while it’s hot and fresh.
