My mom, cousin and I did a drive thru order this afternoon and when we got home, all of our orders were wrong. We waited a total of 10-12 minutes in the line. The lady taking the order asked us to wait at the speaker and then we had to wait at the payment window before driving forward to get our orders. The lady taking the order was super pleasant and everything on the screen was correct but whomever bagged our orders messed up pretty big. They were digging through the bags “trying” to check everything. We’ve called 4 times with no answer. We are honestly disappointed. We love Burger King. We understand being short staffed and rough days happen but every time we visit this location, it never fails. I highly recommend not going to this location. No customer should have to double check their order before leaving either.

Order a double sausage egg cheese croissant meal. Coke was good. One of the sausage patties was well over cooked and hard! Hidden under the freshly cooked patty! And I had to randomly pick though my hash browns because over half of them were to hard to eat. No excuses and no one cares anymore. My daughter and I placed our order she ordered chicken nuggets fries and a drink. They didn’t give her a drink and said they didn’t hear her order one. They (not hearing her order one did not ask if she wanted one). We were not tell us our food was ready we assumed the bag was ours and then sat down to a cold whopper. Open at 6 means by 615 in some format y’all need to be open. Tried drive through and walk in and just got a nonverbal no from one of the people opening the store. It’s some real bull.

Hands down the worst burger king around. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers low carb with extra lettuce. Got 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers doubled with 1 piece of bacon and no lettuce at all. Fries were cold. The wait is always awful. While I can recognize staffing shortages, this is absolutely absurd.
