Burger Kings are usually hit or miss but once you learn the things the employees have to deal with it makes a little more sense. If you place an order through the BK app, you may think they immediately get to work on it. Wrong! I don’t like breakfast foods so I ordered burgers through the app and was still waiting 10-15 minutes when I pulled up despite ordering 20 minutes earlier. So I asked what I could do to make sure it was ready when I got there since I knew they had to drop fries and burgers special since it was breakfast time. That’s when I found out that they can’t start the order until we get there and go through the drive through intercom. Such a dumb way to do it. So now I am going to place my order through the app and call to let them know it’s there and to start it so it will be ready when I pull in. BK do better. Either allow your customer to select an option to begin the cooking early or something. I want to make it as easy as I can on your staff and I feel like many other customers do too.

My sandwich was just slapped together. I bit into it and all the inside just slid out. The dining room floor was very nasty and sticky to walk on. I can say the cashier was very sweet and apologized for the wait because the customer ahead of me was giving her a hard time. She even was kind enough to throw in a few extra nuggets so I appreciate her. A very patient woman.
