This may be… no it IS the worst BK I’ve EVER been too. I understand work shortage, I understand being under staffed, but there is absolutely no reason for poor customer service. This is one of the less frequented BKs around the city….for good reason.

I have never had an issue with this location until today. Yesterday i spent 22 dollars and some change on me and my husband breakfast. When I got home I realized that we didn’t have our hashbrowns nore was the bacon on our croissants. I called the store and spoke with a lady about my missing potato and she took my name and gave me the name of another employee which she said was her manager. Told me I could come back that day or the next day and just give my name for a remade order. I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR FREE FOOD

Just recently went and got a burger and chicken nugs. They charged me 20 cents for the sauce which is fine. The guy at the window was like “being charged for sauce, that’s ridiculous?” I got home, and my food was cooked absolutely perfectly and he made sure the sauce I ordered was there and made sure I was taken care of. He was a great dude and I think the world would be better with more people like him in it.

I love burger King but the food here was not very great. The fries was very stale and little crumble bits. My small bacon cheeseburgers were good but the big king bacon burgers were exceptionally greasy. There wasn’t many customers but there was plenty of tables that needed cleaned. I think the was mainly due to being under staffed. I hope yall can find some great help.

My husband went inside to order a to go order. After 15 minutes, he got the food. Our orders were wrong even though the receipt was correct. Honestly, we’ve never been to this Burger King and gotten the right order. Ever!

Ordered a number 2 number 5 croissant meals and got french toast stick meals. Called back to get corrected order and the lady that answered the phone said it was a number 4 that was ordered and not a number 5. I dont eat french toast sticks so I know I didnt order that. I tried to explan that but the lady wanted to argue. I didnt even get to the part where they dumped one order of tater tots upside down so it was mixed up in the excessive amount of sticky condiments in the bag. I can only assume this was a mistake or done on purpose because it was ordered about 30 minimum before breakfast was over. Condiments received 3 syrup, 9 ketchup, 1 mustard, 4 strawberry jelly, 4 salt packets, and 4 pepper packets. I will be posting this across my social media platforms as a reminder to check your food. These folks will take your money and could care less if your food is right.

We stopped for a late lunch and went inside. Another lady was waiting for her food. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order, but no one came to the register. A young man in the kitchen looked in our directions a few times, but never acknowledged us. My wife asked the lady who was waiting for her food how long she had been waiting. She replied, “forever.” Finally, she got her food, and still no one took our order. We gave up and left and went to another restaurant that wanted to sell food.

Today I went past a location I used to go to with my kids who are now 33 and 31. I ordered for old times sake a Whopper which was soggy and the onion rings were ok. Price was $9.13….I am spoiled using the McDonalds app I never pay more than $5 Sorry but last time burger king
