Have been going to this Burger King since 2016 and this morning I ordered the same as always. The 2 for 4 breakfast, sausage-egg-cheese biscuits without the bread. Until today I never had an issue and was told that they could not do it. I would have to order side eggs-side sausage and side cheese. The manager was even called because I got upset. My request was simple, and the manager that was called to the window went on to explain about the buttons on their registers. This new crew is rude, never says good morning, and I wish the ones that were there a year ago was still there. They are slow and ill-prepared. I will not go there again. What business makes it hard when they will get to keep some of there product and I pay the same price. HAVE IT YOUR WAY- A JOKE

The food was delicious! However, one employee was not wearing a hair Net or hat, one male employee couldn’t stay off his cellphone, stood at register to order and no one greeted me or said they would be with me as soon as they could. Waited long enough that I started checking a clock to see how long it would take. The ladies that took the orders were helpful! There was just no sense of urgency by the food staff.

Huge line inside and out. It looked like they were short staffed and at the end of their rope. I asked for mayo and was told that if it isn’t out, they are out… not good as a business practice. They were able to provide buffalo sauce but I am confident that I didn’t get the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered. In the end, not the worst BK I have had but, certainly not the best either.

Not so good. We ate in and it took quite a while to get our food. The burgers tasted OLD and were very dry. No lids for the drink cups and several people seemed to need them besides us. Fries were hot BUT tasted like the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in a while. We had a previous visit about 3 months ago and it seems things have declined. Time to circle the wagons and determine how to improve the food and service. This was disappointing considering the excellence the rest of th his military base seems to have.

The last three times I went here, I got someone else’s order. A couple times before that, I ordered the chicken sandwich and ended up with food poisoning. I won’t go into detail how the next 24 hours went, but I’ll say it wasn’t fun. Never again, will I order anything from Burger King, especially when you have burger joints like Five Guys and Smash Burger.
