Stopped in to grab some food on my lunch break and had the misfortune of encountering one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. The old, Caucasian lady who brought me my food, laid it on the counter and walked off without acknowledging me. However she forgot my drink, no big deal, I work customer service so I make it a point to be overly nice to others, especially those on the food industry. So I patiently wait for her to come back and kindly asked for my drink. Well she looks at me like I’m lying, rolls her eyes and storms back to check my order, afterwards she reluctantly brings me the drink and slams it on the counter and storms off again. At this point I’m somewhat shocked by the interaction but still asked if I could get some sauce for my onion rings I ordered. She proceeds to tell me no, I need to pay for it and to get in line. I wouldn’t have minded doing so but the way she spoke to me was appalling. She should not be working in any field involving the public. I wish I had gotten her name but I was too hungry.
