Scared to eat the food now. Health score is 88. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and when we asked them to “hold one second please” they never acknowledged when we ordered. We pulled to the window to place our order. We sat there while a girl with no hair net and hair past her waist was leaned on the counter and her hair was all over the counter along with her behind. We sat there quite a while ….She finally looked up at us after a few minutes of sitting there texting and ignored us and walked to the back. She never came back??? The manager came to the window with an attitude after we waited and rudely asked if he could take our order as if he was bothered to have customers. THEY SEEMED VERY LAZY WONT BE BACK AND YOUR NEW MANAGEMENT APPARENTLY IS NOT HELPING… PLEASE CLOSE IT DOWN SO WE CAN GET A CAPTAIN D’S , SONIC,JACK’S, KRYSTAL’S ECT… This is the second HORRIBLE experience within the last few months. The last time I ordered on the app and they were out of over half of what I ordered so I told them just cancel it and refund my money no problem…. They lied to me and told me I would have to contact burger king to get my money back in a few days so I wasn’t able to eat that night at all. IT WAS AGGRAVATING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF A REFUND DUE TO THEIR APPARENT LAZINESS OR INCOMPETENCE We couldn’t eat it tonight either the chicken sandwich had a gross twang to it so maybe they did something to it because we are white??? I can’t think of why they would ask us to pull up when there wasn’t anyone behind us. Please close this down so someone who doesn’t mind being kind and treating their guests like they actually want them there can take Burger King’s place. You’re wasting your money trying to stay open, due to the quality of workers you’ve hired continuously. I have some photos of the quality and amount of the food we received also… We probably had 12 french fries total between us. It’s a shame because Headland is a great town with friendly locals and LITERALLY THOUSANDS of thru traffic that goes right by burger king daily. We should have followed our instincts and just pulled off when they ignored us. They don’t have to worry about being bothered by us EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

No exaggeration, we waited 20 minutes before anybody greeted us at the register. I believe they were short staffed but the girl who was working the register (possibly a manager as she was wearing all black) was casually and SLOWLY walking around with no sense of urgency whatsoever. I watched at least 10-15 people walk out because we waited so long. A woman with the incorrect drive thru order came in and during her 2 interactions with the employees nobody apologized to her (or anybody else) and she finally just asked for a refund. It takes a LOT for me to leave a bad review but we will never return to this location.

I don’t think I have ever been to a place as dysfunctional out of whoppers. Drink fountain was out all but two drinks. Moving like in slow motion. Gave our offer to someone else disaster

So when we walked in no one was at the counter so we stood and looked at the menu. Then a worker came from the dining area and asked if we were ready. We placed our order and visited the restroom to wash up. The ladies room smelt like an old diaper and there was no soap!! We asked if there was any and they said they were out??? While we were waiting on our food the cashier was only going to the counter when someone was there, and was not washing her hands after being in the lobby. Another worker who was an older woman went outside and sat in her car about 10mi and did not wash her hands when she came back in. When we received our food the fries were dark brown and I asked for fresh ones and they made it good. Not sure who was in charge of anyone, but it seemed like a free for all. Also they were out of napkins and told me to get some brown paper towels off of a roll that was on the counter. who knows how many hands had already touched it. In my opinion the Burger Kings in our area are on a mud slide.

Took us 25 mins to get our food and we were still missing 1/2 of it. People in and out from the drive through complaining about wait and missing food. 4/5 of workers at a register leaving 1 in the kitchen. Very poor service and horrible health rating.

The food is good and priced right, but they are out of onion rings an awful lot. Worst drive thru service I have ever been thru. They need employees with more experience.

The associate behind the counter name was Victoria , she was nice && very patient ; we had a big order but she rang our food and fixed it for us and we enjoyed it . I even tipped her for her hospitality
