My family and I stopped there on our way from Florida to Georgia. Aside from being hungry we all needed a bathroom break. We staggered in one by one and went to the bathroom then met in lobby to order. We all just kind of stood there looking at each other wondering if we were all thinking the same thing. My six year old blurted out “ugh, why’s it smell so bad n here?” That’s when we all started talking and agreed we’d go somewhere else. Once back in the truck we shared our stories and all agreed the smell upon entering the store was very off putting. My husband said it smelled like a sewer. The bathrooms even worse! The combination of mildew and cheap air freshener made it hard to breath. The floors were grimy and the corners had a lot of sludge build up. The sink was in great need of an abrasive cleaner and elbow grease. As we left I found myself wanting to warn the drive through customers. I googled it and found many other negative reviews for this location. One reviewer hit the nail on the head when stating it smelled like dead people and old houses. Seriously, send in the big guns cause this location needs some attention!

This place is ridiculous!! We went in, asked for chicken fries and/or nuggets. They were out. It’s the middle of the week? They were also out of most of their drinks too. There wasn’t any other customers there either. The staff were all in the kitchen laughing and cutting up. I went to the restroom and it was disgusting!! The light was out too. Who ever owns this Burger King needs to get more involved. Their employees do not give a damn about this store. If they did…they would have inventory and cleanliness. Yuck!!

Food was good and hot. Service was okay but the person taking the order had an attitude about them that just did not seem too friendly. However, they were busy and she got the order right. All in all I would recommend to others and would go to visit them again for some good burgers and fries.

The woman behind the counter was obviously on drugs of some sort. She took my fiance’s order and walked off without getting my order. Their dining room was a mess, the Coke machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime and it was out of half of it’s mixes. There were no tea urns out. The hash browns were obviously old and had been sitting out. Then the bathrooms, they were nasty. I almost refused to go in when the smell of waste hit my nose. It was by far the worst Burger King I have even been to. Will never stop here again.

Worst service ever. I waited for 20 minutes for my food to find out they gave it to someone else. The manager did not even care when the girl told her about the problem she just went on doing whatever she was doing. Also the bathrooms and drink area looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dust all over the walls and ceiling. I was really disgusted with this burger king.

When I arrived in drive-thru, it took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. When I did place my order, the person got quickly frustrated and made me feel uncomfortable. Yet the food was good.

Fat black woman with her blouse unbutton down to her bra to show off her tattoo across her chest greeted us by asking us if we wanted to order breakfast. It was 11:15 ! Then she said they didn’t serve lunch until 12:00 noon. My thought was Unbelievable!!! Save your time and do not spend your money here. Staff were proudly RUDE!!!
