Consistently, unbearably slow. Nothing fast about this food. Closest fast food restaurant to my home so this review is coming from repeated experience. Painfully slow even though this location probably does less business than any other fast food restaurant in South Baldwin. Food quality is inconsistent but on good days the food is good. I do not like leaving bad reviews but my hope is that by doing so corporate will eventually be forced to intervene and improve this location.

Absolute trash for customer service. Rude attitudes and just wanted to smart off. Mind you this wasn’t just one person. Was picking up a Doordash order and was told to pick it up INSIDE. Employees locked doors then proceeded to say they don’t have someone up there who has a key but turn around and claim one of them was a District Manager so in turn you’re lying to your customers. Whatever the issue just went through drive through after being rudely told they wont let me pick up the order indise. One Employees exact words to the manager on duty was “you better come handle this before I lose my composure” the “district manager” then proceeds to tell me “you should come work for us so you can see how we work at our store” in a very demeaning tone. I would NEVER work there because theres absolutely no structure to allow your employees to speak to customers like that then act like working there is so much better then doing doordashing. Mind you doordash is just an extra income its not a need. Whatever “distric manager” yall have apparently doesn’t have any morals and wants to just catch an attitude instead of actually asking what the issue is and resolving it. Needs better management and staff. This occurred around 9:30pm 4-14-23. Will avoid going to this store in the near future.

At 3:45 pm this afternoon I went to get my 90 year old Mom a Whopper Junior and a chocolate milkshake. Of course the milkshake machine was down, it seems like every time we’ve gone to this restaurant in the last several months, it’s been down. So since Milkshake machine was down I ordered her a Sweet Tea. When got to the drive thru window was informed they didn’t have any sweet tea, only Unsweet. This is ridiculous. How hard is it to make sweet tea! Attitude of attendant was also very rude. so we left and gave our money to What A Burger, which had what we wanted. DONE WITH THIS BURGER KING! GET IT TO GATHER OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Burger kings Jr. Breakfast burritos have been my drive through breakfast fav for as long as I can remember. Sonics breakfast burrito is a close second but I like hashbrowns more than tater tots and bk has better coffee. That being said the last few times I’ve been to gulf shores location the staff at the drive through won’t give correct sugar/creamer/stir stick even when you ask specifically. It wouldn’t be a big deal my my work space doesn’t offer these things so when I get there there realize I don’t have what I need the coffee is trash. Very disappointing

Ordered food online for pick up at 1015am…when we arrived we’re told they arent serving breakfast any longer, even tho we ordered while they were…asked for a refund and they told us nope, handle it online…employee then proceeded to treat us worse than ive ever been treated by a service industry worker…this place is beyond ridiculously terrible

The $2 double was awesome, but none of the self orders touchscreen machines were working. They were off to the side and out of order. No lie, I ordered like ten doubles, but the food took over 25 minutes to prepare and some things were cold when it was finally delivered. Had a lot of problems trying to get a mobile order in from the start, but did finally submit. Really just overall disappointed in the timelines of their food delivery. Only go if you have time to wait. Also, drinks at Cumberland were free (or at least cheaper, if the free deal is over) so don’t waste your money buying one from Burger King.

Typically have good service here and enjoy the food, but I tried going through late this evening and I’m assuming they were closed. Understandable, that’s my bad. What ticked me off is one of the employees sitting inside smoking while I drove off and watching me. Not too fond of watching a guy smoke inside the kitchen of where I routinely grab a quick meal.
