This location needs to close down. The staff is completely disorganized. Soon as the Taco John’s opens next door and with Popeyes on the other side this Burger King will be more of a Ghost Town than it already is. Waiting over 20 mins for food is ridiculous. CLOSE THIS LOW PRODUCING LOCATION DOWN. STOP WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY ON TRASH.

Great location with open layout and close by Hwy 24. Inside service is prompt and courteous and the restaurant was spotless during my visit. They always seem to be having specials and that is a good thing when you need to save money while dining out. I would avoid it during the lunch hours because it is in close proximity to Agero and Hankook and it gets pretty hectic around that time.

Drove out of my way to get my lunch for work , arrived before closing all lights where on Wednesday June 7, manager said they hadn’t had a customer in 1.5hrs so they closed. Well maybe cause people never know if they are gonna be open. They are next to highway and Hankook, after I pulled out 3 cars pulled in thinking they where open as well. Put a sign on the highway, advertise hours, I know Google told me you were open. Anyways, now I know taco John has vegan options.

Wanted to order a shake. Guess what? No shake available 2 hours before closing. 6-9-23 – 2nd chance and was another fail on Burger King. Sweet tooth had me and the family wanting shakes and ice cream. Ordered on the app. When I arrived to pick it up I was informed the ordered couldn’t be filled because they were cleaning the machine.AGAIN. WAS CHARGED THIS TIME AND MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF ACCOUNT. Sat in line for 20 mins and had to drive off. All I ordered was one big king. No reason it should take that long to make one sandwich! They were even putting food in other bags and there was no one in front of me. Didn’t get my food, and I also didn’t get my refund since they never came back to the window. I love flushing money down the toilet! If I wasn’t running late I would’ve walked in.
