My grandson and I went through the drive thru yesterday and I have to say all 3 employees we encountered were top notch! From the man taking our order, to the lady who handed our drinks out, to the lady who handed our food to us! Each one was so friendly. Even my 7 year old grandson commented they were nice people! This particular location has been hit or miss for me in the past. However these last few visits have really helped brighten their image for me. My biggest marks against them is that they are sometimes out of simple things such as large cups or French fries. I cant fault the location themselves seeing as this is very likely a supply chain issue. I hope to continue to see positive growth here.

I started going to this location every day for lunch while I’m in the area working. However, many times when I have gone the dining room was closed. Recently when I was there and using the men’s room, there was not enough toilet tissue which left me in a very embarrassing situation. I will not be patronizing this place again. It seems that they have very poor management. I think I’ll go to Hardees instead after this since I have not had any problems there in the past.

I wish I could give negative Stars. I waited a long time in a slow drive through. Then after receiving the wrong food I went and knocked on the door to see if I can get my order fixed and they come to the door and talk to me but would not bring my food to the door said I had to go through the drive-thru line again because the dining room was closed. They can come and talk to you at the door but can’t come and bring you your food at the door. One employee stood there laughing at me. I guess she thought it was funny. Then when they brought my food to the window they were angry and yelling at me like it was my fault that they messed up my food.
