Sat in the drive for over 15 minutes before getting to even order (3rd car in line). Then sat at the order intercom for another 10 minutes. Then sat at the window for at least 10 minutes looking at a woman just standing waiting for my order. They didn’t even take an order to have it going for the next person. My wife and i had been craving burger king for a while now since we hadn’t eaten bk in years so we decided to go to this location close to home, upon arrival we noticed it looked very empty worried that it was closed but it wasn’t, we ordered our meals and sides which were a whopper a bacon king chicken nuggets and chicken fries as we approached the window we noticed there was only one girl and 2 Hispanic boys working so then we were questioning ourselves how much time we’d spend sitting there but surprisingly they got our orders out quick! We got home and tore that food up it hit the spot just like we thought it would big props to those kids working that kitchen by thereselves! I know alot of these people in this review section like to complain about the littlest of things but it shouldn’t be that way.

They gave me my food but you can tell it wasn’t fresh I went back to the window the guy already knew it was no goo they stated it would take them 40 min to get new grease …I did get a full refund but even that was messing up so I had to get cash back ig I’ll wait a few days to make sure my card wasn’t charged improperly I’m glad they understood I wouldn’t feed that to my kid

We went here last year after moving to Mt Juliet – seemed ok. Have had a few meals there since (3-4) and food ok but service sucked. Today, 8/16, went there, staff rude at drive thru. They were unable to take our order correctly, sent me up to payment window to see ‘manager’ to place order. Waited 20 min (start to finish) to get wrong meal with missing items. Got home to find that some of the items we cannot eat were placed on both burgers, sandwiches were poorly made and looked like a semi drove over them. Tried calling to get fix or refund or do-over…no luck. 3 people answered phone and all 3 said THEY were the manager. They said I was lying when I said I was charged for an item that was not in the bag. Told my bank to deny the charges. Maybe Corp will call back to ask why? (I pretty much doubt it, though). Have it your way! (yeah, right)

Went through drive thru window to pick up some supper, impossible whopper, the best onion rings and a couple of kid’s meals. Service was fast, food was hot. Attendant was helpful, thank you!
