Been a while since I’ve eaten at BK. The staff was friendly and when I asked for a recommendation on which sandwich was the best, without hesitation, he told me his favorite. He was right. The crispy chicken with bacon and swiss was very tasty. While eating, several customers came and went, but this server remained cheerful and helpful. Good job BK. Most fast food spots have indifferent staff.

I had to stay in line way longer than anytime I have ever been there. There were only two cars in front of me. When I got home. I only live about a mile away. My food was completely cold. The burger was halfway off the bun, and with cheese melted and cold, it couldn’t be put back together. Even the onions were so soggy and limp that you couldn’t eat them. It was such a waste of money. I probably won’t go back again. It’s really sad because I really like Whoppers and it is close to my home.

I ordered a sandwich thru the drive thru and it was incorrect, when I returned it to the restaurant they tossed me my sandwich but never apologized for the inconvenience. I voiced my concerns to the manager and she never apologized either. I walk with a cane and it was hard for me to walk in the restaurant but the drive thru was backed up. I know they could probably care less but for me an apology would have gone a long ways. The manager was smirking at me and told me to have a good day. Two other patrons approached me in the parking lot who witnessed what had taken place and said they would not return.

Don’t know why I keep stopping here. Takes forever to take your order and most time don’t know how to count back change.I just ordered burgers and fries with fro9 drinks asked for catsup and straws for drinks. Got neither had to wait till frozen drinks to melt before could drink .

Spicy melts at Burger King are amazing. The cook Marcus did an amazing job. This location ( new Salem @Cason lane must be under new management because the entire team is awesome. Megan is professional and heart warming. Its great to see this in a fast food establishment since no one seems to care anymore. Thanks to the entire team.

This restaurant was very disappointing. We had to wait over five minutes in the drive-through for two drinks. The drive-through window had barbecue sauce smeared on it. I ordered the BK café frappe and when I got it it was an inch and a half from the top of the cup. Not even a full.

I placed a mobile order, waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes after being told “one minute” and nothing. Went in and waited 20 minutes after giving them the name and then finally asked when it was going to be ready and they said “oh it just came through” this store is a HOT mess. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Only car on the drive thru, waited 10 minutes for 2 whoppers. The kid working finally brought the bag and said nothing. Not sure how, but they were cold. Went inside and another kid agreed they were cold. Manager wouldn’t look at me. Poor service and even worse food. Not sure who owns this one if they are franchised but you may want to pay attention to the reviews before it goes out of business. Lesson learned.
