Even my 16 year old said “wow their customer service was amazing”. They missed 1 item from my order. They apologized multiple times, gave us cookies and not once gave us attitude. I can never get any service at this location (Cason Ln/New Salem Hwy). The drive- thru is always too long and when I make it to the drive-thru window and I’ll get told to wait and I wait for 10 minutes while traffic backs up behind me and then I give up and drive away. This happens almost all the time. I don’t see how they get away with it. The service is awful.
