This BK has come full circle and I can’t be happier! I have been coming to this Burger King for 2 yrs now and at first (dining room still closed at the time) you’d be lucky for them to even be open let alone get your food complete and/or correct. Fir the last couple months now everything about this location has been no less than perfectly amazing! I live close and walk to it a few times a week, usually to eat but now it’s for the full experience. Love the crew, love the atmosphere and the food is perfect EVERYTIME!! Thank you BK for taking care of your customers and I hope you all get recognized on a corporate level for your outstanding work!

Went there with my daughter to the drive thru to get a frozen coke. Nobody ever picked up at the speaker so I drove around to the window. A lady swung it open with an attitude telling me she was closed at the moment because she had to get out a door dash order and that comes first. Really??? I would’ve thought the paying customers that came there would be waited on first! She slammed the window in my face and never came back. Who hires these people?

Stood there for a while in drive thru and no cars were moving or being helped. When I tired to enter the lobby they said it was closed and all the workers were outside hanging out. One of the works said she told the first car it would be 15 minutes before she starts taking orders. I guess there is no management at this place. I saw like 5 workers outside the building just chilling. If one is on break, why are all of them just hangout outside. Worst experience I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

Went there last night after work and ordered a number one I believe. I asked for light Mayo, onions, pickles and lettuce only. What they gave me was ridiculous and haphazardly thrown together as if they couldn’t be bothered with making a sandwich. I rarely eat at burger king because I had a bad experience a few years ago and this is what I got when I decided to try it out again. Guys…. Please do better and put more than one little piece of onion and a handful of rabbit scraps next time. Also be a little more courteous instead of dismissive because it gives younger workers a bad image.

This place must be severley understaffed. Came last night to get the kiddo chicken fries and they were supposed to be open until 11pm. They were closed atleast by nine. Has staffing Issues normally the service is great and the food is fine but over the last several months there have been numerous occasions where they fail to be open during the posted hours today I went at 8:10am with a 6:00am opening time and still closed
