There are people in this world who give away some of their heart when they see a person in real need. I met such a person today at Burger King this afternoon, and I have been blessed by the kindest, most compassionate, and loving person I have met in a long time. There are very good people in the world. This I am greatful for and indebted, but not to the woman per-sa, I must pass this blessing on for the next person. Great food. Please go to this Burger King, buy food and you will be glad you did.

Someone either set up a recording to make it seem like orders are being taken or the person working would make it seem like they can’t hear you anymore. All “person” at the drive through would say was Welcome to Burger King can I take your order? And then never respond. It happened to me and 4 other cars who were in the line. The lobby was also closed. If they’re not going to take orders they should state they’re closed or let patrons know at the speaker they’re not able to take orders instead of being deceitful. Never go here at night. There will always be closed at sime random time every day. I usually come here sometimes for dinner or lunch, but now it’s basically ridiculous. They’re literally trying to make you go to the one in downtown. Honestly, this Burger King location is terrible

Absolutely unbelievable… It’s 11:20 PM and I pull up to the drive-through, the lady asked me what I would like, and I give her my order, and she doesn’t reply… I wait for a minute and she’s not responding… So I pull up to the window where I can see the woman sitting down, on her phone, and I politely waved at her and she is mouthing the words to me “we are closed.” She was just taking my order and now she is saying they are closed… And she wouldn’t come to the window to explain, honestly I wouldn’t want that kind of human making my food. I’ve lived close to this Burger King for over a decade and haven’t been here in a while, clearly I really wasn’t missing anything… Such a shame. The lady is clearly running a scam, pretending to be working but is just on freaking TikTok or something.

Horrible customer service! It’s too obvious the employees ignore their customers. They’ll look directly at you but would not tend to you until they decide to. The employees seem to always have a bad attitude. Every employee needs to be fired and replaced.

Honestly I’m not really impressed with this place there’s been times that I’ve put orders on the mobile app. And they’ve just outright cancelled the order. After about five or six different people have attempted to deliver. And there’s been several times I’ve went through the drive-thru and felt like I was pestering them. I don’t know it’s just not a very friendly atmosphere at this Burger.

I got to the speaker and I had to ask 3 times if anyone was there so I could have my order taken. At the window, the process took forever and i was particularly noticing the employees putting the food together without gloves. That is a health concern that needs to be addressed with staff. Overall a long experience for mediocre at best fast-food.

Pretty bad but funny. They had a more than full staff–I’ve worked in fast food–and would gripe like you wouldn’t believe over the 2 cars in drive thru…empty lounge other than me. 3 Front workers stood around, wouldn’t come take my order, and eventually the drive thru order filler did.

Went to order they were out of all cold drinks, they did not have any biscuits, they did not ha e any burritos, store was extremely dirty and extremely rude! Went ahead and paid but did not get food afraid i would get sick!
