I went through the drive thru. I had a whopper w/cheese and onion rings. Food was cold and onion rings tasted old on top of being cold. I hadn’t had Burger King in a long time. I probably won’t revisit. Waste of money. Sorry wish I had something nice to say about the food. However the girl working the drive thru was nice, patient, very professional.

Service was fine but not the best. You go up-front to ask for ketchup and the staff is doing their job’s finish and just look at and keep walking around. They also messed up my order and didn’t get my daughter her toy with her order. So far all the bk’s I’ve been to haven’t had good service on any orders, I only go because my daughter wants to go.

My son was wanting the Spider-Man “red burger.” I Googled how long Burger King was going to have it available. It said until June 21 so we went on the 17th. We drove around the drive thru to order and we see the advertisement still up. Good! Nope. They were no longer selling the burger. So I asked for the Spider-Man kids meal. Nope. They no longer have those either. We continued to order only because my son said “well it’s only a Whopper Jr. and I like those.”

The sign says it’s open for indoor dining but the doors were locked. We saw about a dozen people try to go inside. The drive thru line was extremely slow. The person taking the order kept coming on the speaker but was talking to someone else inside. When we asked if we could order now she said not yet,” I’m trying to get myself together.” The drink cups were bent and the lids wouldn’t stay on. Extremely poor service!

I get that the drive thru is supposed to be a “faster” service, but at least make sure the orders are correct! I drove thru order a triple whopper combo and the a whopper (sandwich only). I drove home, almost 25 minutes away to the GA line and found that I have a whopper and a whopper Jr and no fries. $20+ and didn’t get the food I ordered….very frustrating!!!
