Went there for a whopper junior after a long night at work. Said they wouldn’t make any lunch til 10:30. I know they are supposed to but they were super lazy. More amazing was that it was the manager who said it. If you don’t want to honor the menu, you shouldn’t be a manager.

After watching 4 cars pull in and go inside I decided to do the same since the drive through was not taking orders with only one car in lane. There are more employees than customers and cannot seem to manage orders. This is the exact opposite of most establishments. They appear to be struggling doing one order at a time with the whole team working on it. They also lock the restaurant front doors at 5pm. I’ve never seen anything like this with this staffing.

Hey guys, did you know that in terms of male human and female Pokémon romantic partnership, Vaporeon is one of the most compatible Pokémon for humans? Not only are they in the field egg group, which has some of the prettiest pokémon, Vaporeon are an average of 3”03’ tall and 63.9 pounds, this means they’re large enough to be hugged with both arms, and with their impressive Base Stats for HP and access to Acid Armor, you could cuddle hard with one (although only if they are comfortable with it). Due to their mostly water based biology, there’s no doubt in my mind that a captivated Vaporeon would have incredibly wet lips, so wet that you could easily kiss one for hours without wanting to stop. They can also learn the moves Attract, Baby-Doll Eyes, Captivate, Charm, and Tail Whip, along with not having fur to hide their smile, so it’d be incredibly easy to fall in love with one. With their abilities Water Absorb and Hydration, they can easily have as many sloppy kisses as you desire. Few other Pokémon comes close to this level of sweetness. Also, fun fact, if you hold one for long enough, you can make your Vaporeon’s cheeks turn red. Vaporeon is literally built for a human’s heart. Ungodly defense stat+high HP pool+Acid Armor means it can take affection all day, all shapes and sizes and still come for more.

Ordered a double whopper with cheese on tuesday around lunch time, on the app. Well when I went to pick it up they only gave me a single. I was ok with it so I took a picture of the single. I went back yesterday when I was explain the situation to the lady at the counter the manager came up and started acting like I was lying. He asked for a receipt so I provided the one off the BK app and he said, “that could be any receipt” I wish I could post pictures but it will be my last time going to that BK

This evening, I called this location to confirm it has the $3 Whopper Wednesdays for Impossible Whoppers. Manager Jeff said he has been in the position for only about a month, didn’t know, and that he’d have to ask his general manager tomorrow. I suggested to him to enter it into the register to check because it’s Wednesday, and he did, confirming that yes, the special was in effect. He ended the call without saying goodbye. No problem; they’re probably busy. I drove over, waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes without a greeting, and eventually ordered two Impossible Whoppers, a large fry, and a shake. After some erratic communication, it seemed the shake wouldn’t be possible because the machine had “already been cleaned and broken down for the night.” No problem. He said, though, $15-something for the other three items. This sounded off because the burgers were supposed to be $3 each, but I figured I’d correct it at the window. When I finally got there, Jeff refused, saying, “You had to tell me at the speaker.” (I had to tell you your own price?) I responded that I called beforehand to confirm the $3 price. Jeff again said, “You had to tell me at the speaker” and that if I wanted the special, I’d have to drive around and wait again. Obviously, I won’t be back.

Madison who also stated she was the manager “Kaylee” was rude, unprofessional, and needs additional customer service training tools. A front counter customer stated she was mean. She yelled and asked did I have my money, after asking for ketchup she threw it at me and it hit my car floor. My 7 year olds noticed her foul ugliness! How embarrassing for Ms. Susan’s Hixson store, hopefully corporate can assist them. Madison may work better on the grill, during the evenings, or remote with no customer interaction. Just a disgrace; left a bad taste for fast food! A nice cup of cold water to her face would ease her frustration 🙂

The lovely lady running the drive though on 4/28 around 1pm was absolutely wonderful. She was efficient, but better than that she was so nice to our 2 year old. He rolled his window down to say hi and she had a whole conversation with him and he was so happy I wish everyone could be so nice!
