We left from arguably a pretty influential night at DB. Just thought hey we could grab a quick bite from the local BK seeing as it was 10:11 pm and they are open until 12 am on Friday’s. We obviously did not want to come in at the last moment but seeing as we had an hour and 45 mins left we figured it would be acceptable. Little did we know we were about to encounter someone on their worst day. Sometimes life and the workload gets overwhelming. Unfortunately that is just something we cannot control. One thing we can control is how we handle unforeseen circumstances. The gentleman wearing all black I’m assuming was the manager on duty and he was highly unprofessional. Again I give some people the benefit of the doubt but we saw it customer after customer. Hateful snarky comments and yelling at staff after every order about how they were short staffed and how DB should have kept the kids longer. At 10:33 he shut down. Literally. He told every customer that they were no longer taking orders. I just felt his place of authority was wrongly trusted as I saw other service crew members take it in stride and were courteous. I hope that gentleman had a better outlook going forward but on this particular night he was dreadfully arrogant and repetitively fussing ad nauseam. We will take our business elsewhere going forward.

While I did call her a name relating to her attitude, there’s no excuse for attacking my appearance. My reason for only 4 stars is I don’t personally like “flame broiled anything.” (Some variations of their chicken sandwiches aren’t too bad, though.. plus they have onion rings!!)

Creeping Death
How do you give me a bacon king with no bacon at all on it? It’s in the name ‘BACON king’. I suppose it should be expected by now, as I never get a correct order. I’m done with this place, no one there even cares anymore.
