The lady giving me my order was very polite, but the guy taking my money, although he was friendly, his black BK shirt was covered in pet hair. Some probably think it’s fine but I consider it unsanitary & won’t be eating there anymore. 2 stars only because the server was polite.

It was late at night, we just came off the water after a day of fishing. Other restaurants were closed. The food we received was freshly prepared and the fries were hot. This Burger king is my go to spot after coming off the water late. If you are in the area I’d definitely recommend this location. 5 stars for sure.

So let me just say I USED to like Burger King but every time I have went recently, I have had nothing but cold dead food. And someone that has worked fast food since I was 18 I am very disappointed. People will make mistakes and fast food can be stressful, but this is unacceptable. I went to get my husband and my son food tonight and I looked at google wrong and thought it said they close at 12 but they closed at 11. I noticed this after I tried to call after my second attempt at handing out food at the house. I ordered – 2 chicken juniors, 2 double cheeseburgers, 8 peice jalapeño bites, a large sweet tea and the chicken fries combo with jalapeño bites as the side and coke to drink. I paid for my food drove home and noticed in the bag that I was missing the 2 double cheese burgers. So I drove back and explained nicely that I was missing 2 double cheeseburgers and asked if I could get fresh food if it was okay if not it was perfectly fine. I even told the lady I was okay with giving back the food that I had received cause I’m not the kind of person to just keep the food and receive more free food it’s a respect thing. The lady rang everything back up and handed my back my receipt. I asked her if she would like me to pull forward so I wouldn’t be in the way she said nicely she would bring it out to me. The lady was very respectful and nice, she walked my food out to me and I drove home once again. I get inside go to open the food up and noticed that the food was cold and that the I received the same food and it was hard and so greasy that’s all you tasted was grease. No one was able to eat there food and said it was gross. I hate to complain but this is why I will not be eating Burger King again unless my food is fresh because this is way wrong. Maybe I should have had better timing than going close to closing time but my husband had just got off work and my son is a growing toddler that was hungry again and I just wanted to feed my family. I will be contacting cooperate as well to see if someone can fix this issue.
