I ordered a cup of water and when I got to the window I wasn’t given one so I politely asked for one in which the lady yelled at me for not saying it in my order. Her coworkers try to tell her I did order it and then she just got more angry. My burger was then burnt to a crisp and my fries were freezing cold.

Even after working at one, I never got tired of the Whooper. The rest of the menu is just as great. I recommend trying the burgers without any condiments to get the full flame grilled flavor. I did by accident, and it is so much better, IMHO. That is why I go to Burger King.

This place is horrible. I ordered on the app and it would not allow me to change from coffee to sodas. When I got there the manager was totally rude about the entire ordeal. She said I would have to get a refund through the app because they could not do it in the store. The app would not let me. Said in 24-48 hours I would get an email for support with order. The manager again being rude told me that her general manager was in the back and said to just give me the food. The general manager would not even come out and address the issue. Not even after her manager said very loud and rude ” we are giving you 28 dollars worth of food. Basically you are STEALING from us.” This place had zero customers sitting inside but many dirty tables, floors dirty, drink station dirty, if the General manager was actually in the store, I’m sure they would not let their employees talk that way to someone about their mistake, not mine.

I recently visited Burger King and was pleased with the quality of food, but unfortunately, my experience was tainted by the poor behavior of the manager. Throughout my visit, I witnessed the manager shouting and demeaning the employees, talking to them like they were children rather than adults. While I appreciate the importance of maintaining high standards and efficient operations, I believe that such behavior towards employees is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I want to feel comfortable and welcomed in the restaurant, and the manager’s attitude towards her team made me feel uneasy. So uneasy, I contemplated leaving before I even ordered. Despite the good food, I am hesitant to return due to the poor management behavior. I hope that the restaurant can address this issue and provide a better working environment for its employees.

Incredibly clean location. The food was fresh, my breakfast tater rounds were burning hot (in a great way), my breakfast sandwich was lukewarm but still tasty. Burger King is never my first choice of stop due to previous poor experiences but this location was excellent.

When ordering I ordered a Dr pepper and Diet Coke. It appeared the lady taking orders was also filling drinks. I was not given the Dr. Pepper,I let the gentleman at the window know we have the wrong drink. He let the lady making the drink know, she was as rude and stated “I made what was ordered”again I stated ” I ordered Dr. Pepper. She then made it he Dr. Pepper . The burgers definitely had been sitting a very long time. Normally BK food is very good. This place is not as good as it used to be .

I had to edit this review from 5 stars to two. They just do not care about the place anymore. We had the whopper. If they were to advertise the whopper from this location in the commercial, It would look like a not even cooked, flattened bun with no toppings. Fries not hot, they were cold. Nuggets were ok and the shakes are good that why they have 2 stars and not one. They staff do not try but they do try to be nice. . . Somewhat… Overall, it’s not a good place
