It’s one of the better Burger King’s I’ve been, too! Food has always been super hot, and staff, even though it has been limited sometimes, is super nice every time. Be patient with our restaurant/fast food staff! They can only go as fast as the food allows them to! A lot of stuff has timers, and you don’t want your food undercooked! Have patience and tell them thank you! I started out in fast food, and it was never as hard as it is for these workers today! Give them grace. You might be the only customer who was nice to them today!

I get that there’s no one who wants to work, but for the love of sanitation the lady that is working up front with no gloves handling money and food with dirt caked under her fingernails and open sores up and down her arms and hands is disgusting. I appreciate the quality of the food at this Burger King location during my recent visit. However, I was disappointed with the overall customer service experience. Despite initiating greetings and being polite, the staff appeared disinterested and unengaged, which left me feeling ignored. There was visible tension among employees vying for breaks, and the manager’s lack of acknowledgment was disheartening. Even after expressing gratitude, the atmosphere remained unwelcoming. I also observed staff loitering in the lobby with unkempt uniforms, giving a sense of disorganization. While the food was enjoyable, the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff and management significantly impacted my impression of the restaurant.

The food was okay, the guy seemed to have an issue being able to take our order. He kept telling me to hold on a minute. My main complaint was the restaurant was empty, but every tabletop was dirty. The floors were filthy the kids had to take their shoes off to play on the playground and when they were done the bottoms of their feet were completely black. I had to wet paper towels and wash their feet before I put their shoes back on.

This restaurant is working with a skeleton crew, or at least they are around evening time. It was just the manager and a couple of cooks. At that point i would suggest shutting down the dining area and operating as drive-thru only until more help can be hired. The food was fine for BK, and I actually got my order free of charge due to some confusion at the drive thru window. But if district management or franchise owners are reading this, get these folks some help, they need and deserve it.

Was there about 4pm on a Saturday. Weren’t many customers inside except a few in play area. Good, friendly service, delicious & fresh food, and my grandson had a blast playing in the play area.
