Oh my goodness I loved this Burger King. The fries were hot which is not common. I so much appreciated that they were delicious. Then it came to my sandwich I had a Whopper with cheese light onion cut in half. It was hot it was delicious it didn’t look like a squished Whopper. All the ingredients on it were fresh and delicious. The man Jeff who took my order and expedited it, was very professional very nice and I appreciated that. Kudos to this Burger King. Great job!

Ordered their 2 for $6 crossandwiches. One was a sausage and ham the other was a double bacon. When we got home the double bacon was a sausage and bacon. My husband went back up there, they didn’t offer to make it right just said sorry. So he bought 2 more, both double Bacon. He got home and they were both sausage and bacon. So he called them to let them know and the cashier, Kailey-number 546709- got rude with him, so he said we wont be coming back if thats how you talk to customers, her response was “that’s fine we dont need your business” needless to say we wont be back.

This has been the worst food I’ve EVER bought at Burger King! I never post reviews but I had to on this one! I bought 2 original crispy sandwiches and a large fry and both chicken sandwiches has a very small streak of mayo that looks like it’s been on the bread a couple hours not even 3 pieces of lettuce and the fries are burnt and you can taste stale grease!

I have been getting breakfast from the chapman hwy location for over a year now, without complaint. But the crew that was there in the mornings is now gone and with them went food quality, service and atmosphere. I only hope that Kalley and “HER” crew went to another location close by. If I can find them, that’s where I will start going. The owner of this franchise or corporate needs to remember, if it ain’t broke, dont fix it..
