Today I was reminded exactly why I never go to Burger King. I came through to get an icee (because Krystal’s machine was down). While ordering, I realized that the spicy nuggets had returned. (These were the only reason I ever ate at Burger King before.) So I was excited to get some. I ordered two orders after paying, I received very soggy nuggets. I went back inside to get fresh ones, and the ladies at the counter gave plenty of attitude when explaining that the nugget should be soggy, because there is a sauce on them now. I was unaware they had changed, so I still requested fresh nuggets (even with a sauce, the nuggets should be crisp) and said I’d wait. I watched several bags of spicy nugget be put in the warmer for orders. The manager sent most of them to the drive-through, and then placed one order in a separate bag in the warmer. She then proceeded to request three more orders to be dropped of spicy nuggets. then those three orders came up, I watched her pull one order and put in the bag with the other order of nuggets that has been sitting in the warmer for 3 to 5 minutes (or longer) and then hand it to me. The bag was literally dripping sauce to the point I had to go in and throw away everything because who could enjoy that? Especially knowing that you waited for around 15 minutes for that. Just go anywhere else on this exit, honestly. The management is rude and the employees follow suit.

If we want fast food burgers BK will always be our choice. On this day the cashier was involved with playing with a coworker. It was very apparent that she did not pay any attention to our order. She charged for cheese (we requested cheese), was not on either sandwich nor was the extra onions. Asked for one without mayonnaise, both were LOADED, with mayonnaise one was not edible, had to be thrown in the garbage. I actually took pictures. I attempted to telephone the store back, the number was disconnected ringing like a fax. I loved the fact that the Team members were happy and I commented on that. I always thank them for being front line workers. However, I’m working as well, and my money is important and shouldn’t be wasted.

I just asked for the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken that is still pictured on the wall, and they told me they discontinued it, so I asked for a royal crispy chicken with mozzarella and marinara and they said “they won’t let me do that”

The RGM there is totally rude I vote through there a few times a week pay extra for them to make the drink I like I mean it is have it your way correct??? Well today when I come through the rgm hands me my drink the cup half empty its not mixed and when I complain she states that they’ll never make the drink for me again and if any employee does they will be fired. She refused to give me her bosses number but did take my number like I’m going to believe who calls me back it’ll probably be her trying to save her job I’ve never in my life had the customer service I received today from someone who is supposed to be an rgm it’s very sad I’ll never go back I know that much I should be like everyone else and sue for false advertising because I definitely didn’t get it my way lol

God bless this location. It’s been quite a few times I have been to this location and have not been pleased my foods freshness nor quality. They may give receipts to customers here and there, but I’ve been one who hasn’t gotten one with her order that has been messed up a few times. The first two times, I’ve been back through the drive thru and have gotten my order fixed freshly and correctly, which I have been thankful for. Other than that I’ve just let it go due to having the mindset of a “bad or busy day at work”!? I’ve worked at fast food including Burger King before so I get the pressure, I get the mistakes, I get the being drained, I get the slouching off and I get the being “new to the crew..”Tonight I just had it with Burger King. Stepping the game up on the freshness of food, quality of food and customer service is definitely needed here. I pray that this location gets it together as a team.
