I asked how much was a triple whopper large meal through the drive thru window and the woman said so you want a number one and I was thinking I was getting a triple whopper meal because at every other Burger King I pay money extra to turn it into one then when I get to the drive thru it’s only a single patty whopper and the shift manager acts crazy saying you told me a number one and some of her co workers agree with her and back her up then one of the workers says if you pay me extra money I can make you a new sandwich then I say okay then afterwards yeah right and if you look at the reviews they have poor listening skills. Ordered food via Uber Eats. The chicken sandwich was covered in what appeared to be mold or dirt from the floor. Called the store and spoke to Chitara, the Night Manager. She quickly made the claim that I was mistaken and asked me to send her photos of the food. (See photo). Once I sent these she hung up the phone. I called back and the store answered and left the phone off the receiver, I guess hoping I would hang up. You could hear the employees in the back talking and no one would respond. Unacceptable food preparation. If I had seen the reviews, I should have known, so that’s on me.

Nunya Biz
On 11/22 we went to the Burger King on Summer Ave. We ordered 2 original Chicken Sandwiches, a fry, 4 PC mozzarella stick, and an 8 PC jalepeno popper. Total was 13.36. when we got to the window and got our order, we had 2 whoppers and 1 fry. We had to go back through the drive thru again just to tell them our order was wrong and they acted like they didn’t know what we’re talking about and was talking slang the whole time.When they finally got it that the order was wrong, they asked us to park in between both drive thru windows, ( no one) was in line. They finally gave us the order and the order was still incorrect plus it looked like someone took a bite out of my sandwich. I have pictures of this. When we got home the part of the order they did get right was nasty. Had no condiments nothing on them and they were literally standing up in the bag. Contacted Corporate and they were apologetic except for the girl I dealt with named Jessica never read my complaint thoroughly. She kept saying she doesn’t see where I ordered on their app after me telling her multiple times that this happened in the drive thru not an app. I love Burger King but this location is a joke. Been there 2 times before when we were told they ran out of food. Joke.

Went by just now to order some lunch, the dining room was closed. Went to the drive thru and they would not take more than one order, I had three orders. I work on Summer Ave and will NEVER go to Burger King on Summer Ave again.

I love Burger King , the flavor of their hamburgers and their food is good. They staff was kind but the only thing I don’t like is that they give 1 ketchup and when I want 1 honey Mustard that charge me separate for it… I don’t want 3 or 4 little bags, I just 1 honey mustard and charge me for that…. I don’t think is correct.
