Drive through person was extremely rude from the moment we pulled up. After struggling through our order dealing with their unhelpful, unprofessional attitude we pulled up to the window to pay. They gave us our food and just shut the window, no receipt, no thank you or anything else. As my wife checked the order they saw we were still there and opened the window as if we shouldn’t still he there. I told them that I wasn’t sure if we were done with the transaction because the door was shut without any words. They claimed they were taking another order so couldn’t speak to us. In my life I have never had food handed to me and the window slammed shut without words at any drive through ever. How have all the other drive through employees managed to take the next order and be cordial to me as they handed me my order?

There were no onion rings. The Mozzarella sticks and oreo shake were awful. The employee did not know what items were on the menu. The floor was sticky and the trash was overflowing. No employee was friendly and they were all standing around the whole time we were there.

Just went through the drive through and the staff was cold and rude. When we pulled up to the window, one worker was sitting on the floor on her phone. My sandwich was wrong and the fries were pulled before finishing cooking- extremely disappointing. Do a better job.

The only reason we eat at Burger King is for the Impossible Whopper. Last night, we ordered 3 Impossible Whopper and 1 regular Whopper. All 4 of the burgers were severely undercooked, so we couldn’t eat them. We will try only one more time, then we’ll remove Burger King from list of dinner options. It’s too expensive to lose a meal. Thank you.

Their sign & website says they are open until 11pm, we pull up at 9:55pm, no one answers the drive thru speaker. So we pull around to see a larger male push back a woman employee from the window. It clearly appeared as “fun & games” as we sat in the drive thru unattended .. they then acted as if we weren’t there. So pitiful… do better..
