Had a 10.00 gift card and used it today. They come telling me the card only had 4.51. My order came to 5.49. So I called the customer service to check the card and they said it was 10 on there. So I did the math in front of the cashier. 5.49+4.51=10.00. So why did I have to pay 97 cents. Won’t be going back. They must have taken remedial math. And didn’t pass . 1 star is all they get! And I asked for extra mayo. This is what I got….. Does that look like extra mayo to y’all??? Like trumpty dumpy says, “ur fired” Burger King out by Pringle’s park in Jackson TN!

Horrible service through the drive thru tonight. Girl was unfriendly and had to wait for our order to be taken even though nobody was ahead of us. Store was out of onion rings as well. Cook was on a smoke break was why we had to wait. Will not go back. There are other places and other B.Ks to eat at other than this one.

This is absolutely the worst burger King I’ve been to. Took almost 10 minutes to get my food. The short manager has an I don’t care attitude. I asked for ketchup. She said I could only have a few because she’s running out. Talking out loud about the horrible drive through customers. Avoid this place. Maybe the owner will make changes.

Pay attention to the people reviewing, most of the ones with low numbers are giving only this burger king positive reviews. There’s a reason for that. The worker here are probably trying to counteract the negative reviews by having friends and family leave fake good reviews. Do not buy into the hype, and do not buy their food.
