Love croissants over biscuits any day. A croissant sandwich platter with gravy and fruit would be perfect. Need to get rid of buns with seeds on them; the ones available now without seeds are too hard/thick. Always nice inside, perfectly cool but not cold, good music and not loud (thank God, low like it should be). If they’d pay me $14.50/hr I’d go work for them. Love the food, does need more healthy menu items, tho ( big affordable salads, etc,, other lean meat options besides pork). More grilled selections that doesn’t have breading on it.

Given that there were, at any given time, more employees than customers, I felt that the wait time to be acknowledged was unrealistically, and almost offensively, long. The food and atmosphere are typical for a Burger King: good, but not great. For the amount of personal conversation going on behind the register, I would think an employee could have found a broom. Also, I’m not one to be offended by blue language, but there were quite the number of foul words uttered at full volume in the vicinity of customers, which is just bad business. I know it’s not a Michelin-star restaurant, but there’s a big difference between feeling welcome and feeling unwanted, and on this day at this Burger King, customers were unwanted.

Then when I get home the drinks were wrong and my whoppers were all wrong. Then I tried to call them for a hour and no one answered the phones. The people “working ” here need to be fired.

I PULLED up to order, no one there, so I pulled up to the window, again no one there.. so I pulled up and three employees were sitting at a table, they basically ignored me.. Burger King is ok but I really believe lots of these fast food places made a deal with clothes manufacturer. Cause seems like just maybe try not to put so much mayo , mustard and ketchup or whatever on it. Good rule of thumb is if 25% of your clients leave with ketchup all down their shirt , maybe cut back little bit. The owner would probably give you a pat on the back for all the money you would be saving him or her. Still love you bk. Try putting some burgers on your menu for $1.50 it so for the people that don’t have$10. I know that’s such a crazy concept but they way I look at stuff is companies that really step up to help people that are really having hard time, I’m gonna spend my money in that place. Not the ones that is just doing to make money over people. Any way I’m crazy but still love your burgers.

Didn’t have my mobile order ready when I arrived. Told me I wud have to go back through the crowded drive through to order..waited more than 25 mins in line! Girl steady on her cell phone and rude rude at window. Never again. Waste of time and money!
