I’m not sure why sometimes people appear to upset when they have to adjust the price of iteams or services. This company has done a great thing, I think at less, by offering discounts on food. This comes in many forms like reward programs or value menus and gift cards/codes. But on a regular basis when I try to stretch the limited funds i have cashiers and employees acting aggravated and mad that I’m trying to eat, as if its coming out there pocket or I’m taking from them. They get paid by the hour regardless of what I spend or don’t spend. It’s very degrading and I feel like I don’t need to eat here and more often than not my order is not correct.

So I just went through the drive-thru, and asked for a whopper. I told them that I cannot have seeds on a bun. They said they could put it on two bottom buns. I said no the last time you did that there were seeds on the bottom part of the bun as well. Can you just give me the bun that you put the chicken sandwich on. And she said no, she won’t let us do that. Why not? Why would you waste two bun tops to make a sandwich that has two bottoms on it rather than saving a bun and just giving me the one without seats? If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant here. I ordered two biscuits, hashbrowns and two drinks thru Uber eats. They apparently didn’t have my order and treated my roommate as if she was delusional. They also apparently messed up 3 other orders before mine. I was chatting with the other people who’s orders they messed up while waiting for over 25 minutes for mine. I wouldn’t ever recommend eating here. This experience was just sad.

I wouldn’t order anything from here. An I won’t ever again they screw up ur order an act like it’s ur fault. Then they will say it not there problem an hang up. When u can’t come get it.
