This review is based solely on my experience trying to order and not on the food. There is no sign that the drive-thru is not open. Someone mumbled something unintelligible over the drive-thru intercom, and when I pulled around, an employee came to the window and said the drive-thru was closed. No apology. No friendly request to step inside and theyd be happy to serve me. My question is: what stopped the employee from taking my order when I was at the window? I’ve rarely encountered a fast-food restaurant that actively tries to drive customers away, but this is one of those. I will NEVER go here again.

They were rude and I asked for salt, pepper and ketchup. No salt in the bag and employé acted a bit put out. My wife went back to the counter to ask for napkins and was also rudely told they are in the bag, not. On the way home my wife said I will not be going back to that Burger King. The food was good.

Terrible service! I was just through their drive thru. They made me pull up to wait for my order. Several cars came and went after me. I sat long enough to have to turn my car off. When the person finally brought my order out, it was missing several items to which I didn’t notice until after I got to my house 20 miles away. Also, the food was cold and had to be reheated. If you go through this place, be sure to not go through their drive thru, but make sure that you check your order before you leave because they’ll likely get it wrong.

I’ve been here twice, the first time my fries were very undercooked. This time the beverage dispenser was out of order and they got the order wrong! They are very disorganized, hollering coming from the back, yelling orders from the front counter, and too much conversation between the employees about who’s fault it was. On the positive, they were all very friendly, made my order right the second time and the cook seven apologized for the mistake. I probably won’t be back.

Only 2 workers. The food was bad. My chicken wasn’t all the way done on my biscuit. It had to be recooked. I waited over 5 min.for a pack of jelly. I asked for help 4 times and they just looked at me.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! Was passing through from Florida to visit family. The workers have no care in the world. You can tell they hate their job and we’re rude to me when I had to come back to the store with my order because it was wrong. There was no ice in the machine for drinks and the regular soda I chose came out to be sugar free. I was refunded back my money, the food wasn’t worth eating and all Burger Kings should be shut down.

An earlier visit the soda machine was not working.. this time they failed to put the entire order in bag. They were nice about making things right, but if I had not had someone in town to bring it to me, it would not have been worth driving 9 miles there and 9 miles back to get what was left off.
