I ask for my meat off the broiler no microwave and watched them get the meat out the container and put it in the microwave. The manager on duty said they have to follow a procedure of putting it in the microwave and she had just pulled the meat off the broiler. This is the first time I’ve been told this and not had my food my way. I guess if I’m going to get my food only one way I might as well go back to McDonald’s.

Where to start! Well like all the Burger Kings this one is no different. You pull up they holler at you from inside “GO AHEAD WITH YO ORDER!!!!” and they tell you what’s available. This morning I was told that the egg machine was not working. Everything on the menu requires an egg on it except for the #5. Which is a chicken biscuit meal. That is what I requested before hearing that the egg machine was no longer with us….. I said never mind and drove away. The only exit is around the front of the building. There was a car there before I arrived here to begin with. They told them to pull up like they do all the cars. This is because they have a camera and a timer watching them inside for proficiency. They have to have the car gone with food delivered by a certain time from what I understand. I can understand this if they have a lot of customers, but this Burger King is basically a ghost town most of the time. So they normally only have one to two employees working there that I see. Well as I was driving by the car was in reverse because they had not yet been served. What I’m get at with this location is that if you are in a hurry DONT STOP HERE! If you want good food don’t stop here!!! If you want happy employees don’t stop here!!!!! This Burger King sucks !!!!!!
