I went to this location because the other location near me in Brandon was only doing “fried” foods. I guess the grill was down, nevertheless I thought this location would be better but it was subpar. The speaker in drive through was not good so they asked me to come to the window. I placed my order and for the most part it was correct except one burger was supposed to have light Mayo but they didn’t adhere to my request. Perhaps next time it will be better.

This is the filthiest Burger King I’ve ever been in. Floors were sticky, the kid area was atrocious. Tables were all sticky & with food all over the place. Floors had old fries everywhere. I seriously don’t know when the last time this place was cleaned. Bathrooms were gross. The glass inside had handprints & food all over them. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

This restaurant needs new workers that actually want to work and take their jobs seriously they are supposed to close at 12am, but instead they lock the doors at 10pm and if you go through the drive through after 10pm they always say their pos system is down. I love this place! I love the fact that my orders are wrong. I especially love the fact I literally watched the kid that took my card, go into my bag of food, pull out fries and eat them in front of me while the rest of my meal was put together. As if I couldn’t see him do it through the drive through window! It’s ok, he tried to hide it by turning his back to me. Even better, not a single person working in there seemed to think this was a problem as they put the burger on top and handed me the bag. Needless to say I drove off in disgust and through the meal away. I wouldn’t trust them to make something else if I would have went in there and complained or brought it up. Absolutely ridiculous, even fast food.

Sounded like the order taker at drive thru was stoned out of his mind! Had to keep repeating my order, so I just drove off! Ridiculous!!! Wouldn’t give them even the one star, but it wouldn’t let me send the review without at least the one star!
