If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried to give this place multiple chances, go at different times just to see if that’s the issue. EVERY time I have to pull around and wait, even when there are no other cars. When I questioned this, they said if they let cars wait, it runs their timer and gives them a bad review. (I’m guessing with corporate). Tried to go today and oh my goodness. My kids meal was COLD, like as if they pulled it out of the fridge. My chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise that I probably could have used the extra for like 3 other burgers. I got a large but had the amount of fries for a small. (No, they didn’t dump into the bag) they completely forgot my bacon cheeseburger. Also, when trying to order, they informed everyone they have no ice. When asked, the girl at the window said that they buy bagged ice and ran out. The soda was so flat and disgusting, I wound up throwing it away. I would rather go to taco bell. At least there my food is always there and only messed up if I try to customize when they are busy.

Drive thru but they seem to always have you pull around after you pay to fromt of building and wait. I waited 15-20 min last time and would have drove off but had paid. There were about 6 or so cars waiting as well.

I’m guessing their short staffed due to lobby being closed and drive thru line 10 cars deep and took almost 20 plus minutes to get food. Food always good though.

As no surprise to me, this Burger King is just as terrible as any other. Visited by going through the drive-thru, placed my order and after 13 minutes, the cashier told me my total and she was very rude and un sociable. Was handed the wrong drinks and the same cashier acted like that was my fault and I was taking up her time. After having the drinks swapped out for the correct ones, I was handed a bag containing my food. I told the cashier I hope your night gets better and to have a good evening. Needless to say I got no response. So I thought, better check my order. And as my suspicion was confirmed, everything was wrong. I decided to go in this time to have my order correct it. Anyway same ole same ole, the Burger King staff as rude, not sociable, and at least out of 6 to 7 out of 10 times you are going to get the wrong order.

This burger kings needs to adjust its staff because I’m not pleased with the staff!! They are rude, they do not have any customer service training that’s inviting to customers .they tell people they are closed before it’s time for them to close. I will never eat here again to be honest. I think they just should put a zaxby’s in there place or some other type of restaurant

There was a roaches on the floor still moving saw 2. Plus have heard multiple people say the cashiers are trying to use their cash app cards to make personal purchases. I hope this place is closed.

I went through the drive thru and asked politely if my burger could be cooked to order, the girl at the window stated “All our food is fresh” then proceeds to hand me a warm burger. I stated that I would wait on it and pull around. I go on the inside and after standing there a few minutes, they proceed to hand me the SAME burger. After confronting them about it, the manager (Adrianne) gets upset and gives me my money back. I am highly disappointed that you can’t get great service anymore from these fast food places.

Service was by far the worst. Our cashier got on her personal cellphone when it came time to take mine and my husbands order after taking my family’s order.. we waited, then she didn’t give us our cup she went and got on her cell again and we had to wait again. Then when we was leaving one lady was really nice and said thank y’all for dining in with us to come back and someone in the back said don’t come back this late. Trust me, we won’t ever be back to this restaurant. Corporate needs to shut this restaurant down or fire some employees.. I wish I could rate this restaurant a zero star..
