This was around 12:40pm tonight. (They close at 1. ) Was trying to pick up a doordash order but when I pull up, no one responds to me. I can hear movement from the speaker so I’m pretty sure they can hear me. This is is becoming a common problem in Meridian. People being lazy and closing early or whenever they feel like it.

Either lying or handing out delivery orders to someone who isn’t the one on the delivery atm. They need to be checking phones and making sure the driver confirms order pickup on front of them! I shouldn’t have to waste my gas driving all the way to here, only to be told the “order already picked up”. ???? By who??? And uber eats doesn’t give half pay like DD does. There was something wrong with the drive thru line but that didn’t stop them from still getting the orders out. My burger and fries was hot and fresh. The young lady that took our order was nice. She was extremely busy but still took the time to make sure my order was correct.

Hi this is my fifth time going to this Burger King where there was no ketchup, they were so rude, gave us the wrong food, and more. It is hard to go to a place where I can’t trust that I’ll get what was paid for. The picture is supposed to be a whopper ( it’s not a whopper )

On Sept 17, 2022, as any other day, the location at 4825 8th St in Meridian, MS had 6 vehicles pulled up in drive through. I pulled in, and walked inside. I asked them if they were out of food, since everyone was being pulled up. She rudely replied “No”, and walked away from the counter. My question was very valid, considering the situation. I spoke to a customer that had just received two small bags of food from front counter. The lady said that she had been waiting nearly an hour for her small order. I have several years of previous experience in the fast food industry; and people would be getting fired and replaced for this lack of attentiveness and rudeness towards their jobs. I’m willing to bet that the the daily/weekly labor percentage reports are sky high and inventory shortages monthly. I’d guess that the labor percentages are probably around 20-22%, based on the amount of time wasted, and the customers that leave empty handed. There seriously needs to be something done about this location. This isn’t my first attempt at reporting the failure of this location, as being unsatisfactory would be an understatement.

At the speaker as we speak. Been at the least 10 mins and I’m the only one in the drive thru. They also have two cars sitting at the door waiting for them to being their order out. This is not Isolated, it’s all the time on the evening shift. This mess sad and they need to sit this store down.
