When I called to get I replacement or refund it basically ended with a fake name and being hung up on. I just don’t understand why ppl have to be so rude and unprofessional. I usually get the Whopper and it’s the best burger around if you ask me and they have good fries as the employees at the drive-thru window are sometimes rude and the manager needs to order mayonnaise and mustard packets and most of the time they are out , but otherwise the food is good and I recommend the Whopper out of anything there

Couldn’t believe the rudeness from the lady at the drive thru window. I ordered 3 meals.. 2 chicken fries meals and one burger meal… I asked for dipping sauce for the chicken fries meals while ordering… Get to the window and check my bags for sauce, there’s one honey mustard. So I ask for one more for the other order, she rudely says she has to charge me for more than one. I show her I only have one and then say I will pay for it… She rolls her eyes and hands me a zesty sauce, which isn’t even what we wanted… I ask her again for the honey mustard and she shuts the window in our faces. This restaurant is wild lol, some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered.

Don’t eat here after 5p on any day. I have witnessed a Manager (Melba) take the meat out of containers and put them on paper. The meat would not be in warmers or nothing so it immediately losing heat. They often do this just to save time with washing dishes. They’ll just heat the meat up in the microwave and serve it.

The service was horrible. The girl in the drive-through was extremely rude. She did not even that interested to try to help me with the coupon from the BK app. She said her managers not there and that was all. She said she timer and walked away. Am I burger? It was sour I could not even eat it scared of food poisoning. I do not recommend this place to anybody try a different location.
