Service was pretty quick and not unfriendly. But, fries were old, buns dried out, lettuce gooey, condiments on sandwiches mostly non-existent or maybe the moisture just sucked out by the buns. Showing these things to an employee left them thoroughly confused as to why I would have preferred fresh food, as if they had never eaten before or knew what they were serving.

I placed an online order during normal operating hours and it was not busy. The lobby door was locked so I had to use the drive through. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through. I was told to pull around front where I still had to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes. The cars behind me were directed to do the same. They made us wait until every order was completed and brought them out at once going from car to car asking who ordered what. I has chicken fries and mozzarella sticks but no sauce. The food was cold. The two stars is because the workers were polite. For future reference, they should give the courtesy of informing the customer that it’s over a 20 minute wait (before taking their money / cashing out the order) and let them decide if they want to stay or not

I choose BK because the food is usually fresh and hot. I use the drive through most of the time, but yesterday I came in. OMG flies everywhere dead ones on counters and tables but WORSE a dead ROACH on the lid dispenser! Also this employee sneezed into her hands, wipes it on her shirt then goes back to serving food. Management has poor attitude and it carries down to the employees.

The manager is absolute garbage. Ordering was chaos. Paying at the first window was rushed and unfriendly. And then when I get to the window to get my food, the “manager” is basically whispering so I then say I cannot hear her, she she starts literally SCREAMING, so then I asked to speak to a manager. She then reply’s with “I am the manager what’s your problem” so I explain and she continues to yell. Awful experience. Awful food. Will not return and I suggest you don’t either.

This place has the WORST customer service!! That lady that works at night is rude, rushes EVERYONE, and very mean to her employees!! BK really needs to do something about her!! She pulls everyone around to the front so her timer doesn’t show she has us waiting as long as we do. It’s been like this for a while. But, BK says have it your way. I guess they give their managers there way too!! Sad sad sad!!

I absolutely love BK, but I will never go back because their customer service is terrible. It’s mostly the management and older ladies who are extremely rude. It gives me great anxiety just to think about ordering food from them. No thank you, never again!

I went there at 10:30pm, they close at 11:00pm. Saw two employees sitting out front on the bench; one wearing the headset (After working for Burger King for a few years, You know what the headset looks like and how it lights up). I pulled to the drive thru and sat there for three whole minutes with no acknowledgement. As I’m pulling off I see the two employees at the door entrance.

THE WORST BK down here straight up, literally asked for my food fresh and offered to pull around and wait, apparently the cook had other plans. Big king BURNT, Original chicken sandwhich OLD AND FAR FROM CRISPY OR EVEN HOT, Fries OLD N WARM but gave me fresh nuggets….. this seems to happen every single time so its about time I spoke on it…. DO NOT TRUST ANY 5 STAR RATING ON THIS OUTDATED DUMP. They are fake and more than likely from the workers or management….
