Stopped here to grab a meal, had a coupon code and gave it when ordering. Older woman with glasses at window said I had to have the physical coupon not just the code. I’ve taken a pic of coupon for years, because the code is all they’ve ever asked for, and it’s easier to keep up with a pic on phone than a scrap of paper. I had my first whopper in 1972, but looks like I’ve had my last, with service like that. So long Burger King.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Asked for it to be cut in half. I was informed they could not do that. I asked why at the window and was told by Cashier Kashawn “minors work in the kitchen”. I had to ask several times what she said because I did not understand why that would be a reason. She seemed to get aggravated with my question. She handed my food to me, I said thank you and she did not acknowledge me and slammed the window in my face. I honked the horn and she did not want to open the window again. I asked for the manager and he came and asked what happened. I explained how rude she was and that she slammed the window shut on me. He was not worried at all. I then handed him the bag back and asked for a refund. I used my debit card and he could not figure out how to credit my card so he gave me cash back. Not once did he say I’m sorry this happened or anything. What happened to “ you rule” or “have it your way?” I will not visit this location again. I wish there was a way that I could give less than one star.

Every time I stop here on the way home From the casino I get the best tasting and best looking burgers out of any Burger King I’ve ever been to And I live in florida. Whoever is preparing these burgers does a great job. They don’t smash The BUN. They Make it look like the pictures.

Placed a mobile order & the app allowed me to choose a pickup time. I paid with my card on the app, got to the restaurant at 1035 to pick it. Went to the door & it was locked. An employee named Alonzo came to the door & said they close at 10:00 pm even though google states 11:00 pm. He said “we’ve been closing at 10 since I started.” He said he was unable to give me a refund since it was through their app & they already cleaned the kitchen & couldn’t make our food. I was told we would have to come back another day to get a refund or get our order made. Extremely frustrated & disappointed. Mind you this was on a Saturday night as well and they closed & locked up before 1030 pm.

Wonderful customer service brought our food out to the table whenever we come to Biloxi we bring our little guy here funny thing is we don’t eat fast food home maybe that is why we enjoy it and the table service above and beyond service absolutely friendly terrific staff

This is the cleanest restaurant and the restroom is also spotless .I’ve been to Burger King from here to Portland Oregon or from La. To San Diego California and I’ve never been in a cleaner one food was good and staff was kind and courteous. I told them how clean it was and asked for the manager and assistant managers names. Tina Richey ,Roy Woodbury ,James Richardson, Junekia Mc Coy and Jessica Martin. GOOD JOB and I believe this was a training restaurant. These people need to train all the rest of the restaurants.

We ordered a family bundle and they left out 3 burgers. We turned around to get our food we have already paid for and they refused to wait on us. We had a bad experience a few years ago with our local Burger King and have driven to the Gautier, MS location ever since. We decided to give the Ocean Springs location another try with regrets. The parking lot and drive through were empty. Bad sign on a Friday night @ 9:40. We were shorted three cheeseburgers. Our fries were so undercooked we had to put them in the airfryer ourselves. And when we went back to get the food we had already paid for they refused. I don’t look for this location to be open much longer. I will never step foot in a Burger King as long as I live. My dogs won’t even eat your food. Ethan was who I spoke to. Ethan was not very sympathetic to my issue. Ethan was rude. The cheeseburgers we were shorted was what the grandbabies wanted. We threw our food in the garbage where it belonged.
