I’m not sure what changed in the last couple of months but this Buger king has done an entire turn around. The new manager Kenyetta was so sweet and friendly this morning. She really put a smile on my face and started my day off right. Keep it going BK I will be back.

I went through the drive through at 11 and I have never had any issues. I went through tonight not much after 10:45 and I sat in front of the screen in the drive through for a solid 25 minutes and never heard a word from the people inside. This is horrible because I have never had this issue. I am just trying to get food for me and my younger brother I take care of. FIX THIS!!!!

When I first pulled into the drive thru, a voice told me to ‘give them just a minute.’ Five minutes later, the voice comes back and asks for my order. I ordered two 8 piece chicken nuggets (because they were out of chicken fries, which is WHY we were there – How can you be out of chicken fries???), two orders of fries, and a Whopper Jr, no onion. There was a lot of confusion during my order and the voice began talking to what I assume was a coworker. My order was repeated to me, including the fries. I get to the next window, and pay. I was given my order. There were NO fries in the bag. After I asked them where the fries were. I was told that I didn’t order fries. I had my teenage son with me and I looked at him and he said “Yes, you ordered them. and asked 3 times about them.” I can forgive some things, but with the rudeness, and the amount of time that it took from the drive thru order window to the actual pickup was ridiculous. And the fries were not good.

Really really disrespectful, no sense of responsibility, arrogant, rude, and nasty language, you’ll be able to hear everything they have to say about the people that buy food at their restaurant and pay for them to even get paid a salary. How dare customers come to a store in order something the way they want to eat it paying with the money that they worked hard for in order to pay you your salary, nightshift needs to be fired!

This has to be one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had. We went through the drive through and the person told us to wait before anything was ever said and we could hear her talking loudly to coworkers. When we were ordering, she would say is that it before we were able to get another meal added. The chicken nuggets for my 5 year old were burnt to a crisp and smelled like grease smoke. There was so much mayonnaise on the burgers that it was literally dripping off. The drink tops were barely on and there was not a single napkin in the bag. Ketchup or dipping sauce was not offered and she shut the window before we could even ask for any. What a waste of over $30 bucks and half I couldn’t even eat. I’m from out of town and just left a family member’s funeral and just wanted a semi decent meal before hitting the road. So disappointed!

Lots of management present today. A new cashier was being trained. I order the impossible whopper. It is the best vegetarian burger around. Highly recommend it. Tastes just like a beef whopper. Fries could be just a bit more crispy, but the salt level was ok.

Been waiting for a little over 30 minutes for the food. We haven’t gotten it and we wanted a refund. They would not come back to the speaker after telling us to wait. Do not come here. It’s horrible service at night. They need to hire more night shifts.

Took way too long when nobody was in the drive thru line and made me pull up and wait and I asked for sauces to go with my food and asked them twice to not forget and they still did . There weren’t even busy .
