Easy in and out make this a good choice if you’re crossing GA between Chattanooga and Tallahassee. There aren’t many fast food places along 27 to start with so this is a welcome addition. Nonetheless, service was extremely slow and the size of the burgers themselves seemed much reduced–so much so that I’m not sure it was worth the wait or the price. Staff was friendly though so no complaints on that front.

Take nothing but cash, don’t offer half the food on the menu, extremely slow, rude customer service probably because they are working with little to nothing and have upset customers, didn’t even have ice and upcharged for frozen drinks or bottle water when they had nothing else to offer. Got the kids some kids meals and even the food they did get was subpar. Got the adults nothing. Cold fries. Disaster. Shiniy new building for nothing.

Customer service during dinner hours are horrible. The cashiers do not listen when you ask for certain items. They ring up what they want and then when u get to the window they do not give a receipt. Once my food arrived, they tell me that’s what was rung up and they’ll have to charge my card twice and then I get a refund the next day. It wasn’t my fault someone rung my order up wrong. If it’s very simple, just fix it. It was just a drink order. Even if you couldn’t have fixed it, have a better attitude and demeanor. The right person will appear on the wrong day/night to see how customer service will be and this place couldn’t handle it.
