Walked in to use the bathroom and saw a sign for a new breakfast burrito so decided to try it. Ordered the 2 for $3 as I ordered the lady asked “what do you want on your BURRITO? Sausage or bacon? After I ordered she immediately turned around and searched the warmer for my burritos another worked came over to help “search”. She gave me my bag and off I went. I got 5 minutes down the road reached in the bag and immediately realized she gave me two sandwiches. You don’t take an order for burritos ask what you want on your burritos then “accidentally” give someone two sandwiches. Pure laziness…

They get 2 stars because they weren’t rude, just there. My order was handed to the car in front of me, so they had to remake it. Ok, no worries. They repeated my order to the kitchen, and I reminded them I ordered two things added to the sandwich. The young lady says that she knows it’s on the screen. Get my sandwich, and the only thing on it was what I wanted added to it. It was an add not only that. I guess the 3 employees standing in the drive thur window was just too busy talking about their last customer to pay attention. The food was cold .

I don’t think this restaurant will ever be able to get it together. After restaurants were allowed to re-open from the Covid shutdowns, this place would not re-open. They kept their lobby closed and drive-thru open only after that. Drive-through was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then it wasn’t open for breakfast anymore. Then I would close early at about 7 PM at night. Then they allegedly had a fire, and it was closed down completely. Then they re-opened both their lobby and their drive-thru until about 9 PM. Then they were staying open until midnight. Then the lobby is closed and it’s only drive-thru again. Then the lobby is back open again, then it’s closed again, then it’s back open again. If the lobby is closed, you are better off just leaving. You will wait FOREVER in their drive-thru. Every other place seem to be able to figure it out. For some reason, this Burger King just can’t. Worst run restaurant I’ve ever seen.

Typically I don’t go to Burger King because I got food poisoning three times when I was younger. But I thought I would give it a try after it’s been about 25 years since I hadn’t been there in a long time, didn’t know the menu and they wasn’t very helpful.
