Our food was awful , first the cheese burgers for my kids were cold , and I bought a the royal chicken sandwich the chicken was old and cold Iam sure it did not meet the food safety requirement for hot food I asked the girl working at front to replace it for a fresh one and it look like they just reheat the sandwich in the microwave, just a very bad experience and so poor hospitality. And let’s not talk about the cleanliness at the dining room the floor was sticky and the chair feelt grease , this location is an a most need it health department inspection.

I ordered my Royal Chicken fresh. They didn’t want to cook it fresh said they had just took up some about 8 minutes aha I told them I want it fresh. Well when I left fries was on top and they was fresh it only takes me about 4 minutes to get home. But I checked my sandwich before I got one and it wasn’t even warm. I just had Road down to Walgreens nit even a hf mile down from Burger King. I was so mad !!

I gave the establishment another chance recently and the service and food was a night and day difference from what it was. Two years ago it was terrible and they had some of nastiest attitudes and bad manners. The staff now is very polite and courteous and the food hot and fresh.
