Positives-very clean. Negatives-onion rings tasted like they were cooked in old oil, ordered whopper with cheese and bacon. The bacon was left off. I went back up and was given 1 and 1/4 pieces of bacon. Not even enough to cover 1/2 of the sandwich. There was 1 employee working the counter AND drive through. He was trying g to keep up with things, but there needed to be another employee up front.

Went there all week to get bags of ice and every single time after the first time I have to argue with the staff that they do sell ice because I have been buying it from there all week. Then none of them k ow how to ring it up and have to be shown how to do it every single time. They need to train there staff on politeness and how to use the computer. The one time I did order food and it was way overcooked and not for human consumption.

Hadn’t been to BK in a long while and Hubby wanted a croissant bfast sandwich, so off he went for drive thru…. Now I remember why we don’t go to Nicholasville BK. They gave us 3 biscuit sandwiches instead of croissants, the hash browns were so over fried, burnt, and hard that my dogs wouldn’t even eat them, and the egg was burnt. Totally gross. Needless to say, my dogs even prefer ANY other bfast fast food options. Sad.

Waited about 5 minutes at the window before they payed me out, then when I got to the second window to get my good, they ended up forgetting an item in the bag entirely. Then when I was give the item it was incorrect and when I went to get it fixed it took over 20 minutes for them to get it fixed. 20 minutes to fix 1 single item while there was no other costumers inside or in the drive-thru

Nastiest restaurant I’ve never been to. Asked for ketchup they handed me a wad of ketchup packs that was soaped in nasty. Had to wash off my hands again before I could eat. Floors and tables looked as if never cleaned. Coke machine swormed with flies.

This is the most pathetic little restaurant I have ever been to. Every time I go it screams incompetence. I don’t understand it’s burgers and chicken how is there an issue every time? Needs new management or something for sure. I’m never this rude I have just had it trying to eat there. You can be the only car in line and still have to wait for your order 15 minutes or longer. Seems like all of the staff is usually outside taking a smoke break. If you want Burger King go to Lexington.
