Today the ponytail hickey neck kid that was filling fries ate out of the fry station 4 times. The second time he bit the end of a long fry and threw it back in the mix. Then the day manager that was shoving her face with food while making burgers, yelled WHAT DID HE SAY, when I politely told the young man I just want the sandwich and keep the fries after he’s been eating out of them and serving to customers. Couldn’t stomach eating the burger after that. I won’t be back.

But when 6 staff rushed out the door yelling and gathered around a car in the parking lot…I threw the rest of my food in the trash and left! Ordered the Big Fish and got the opposite, dry,tired and old. Had my order ready in two minutes, I knew couldn’t be fresh. You would think since the KFC and the Bojangles next door both went out of business because of poor food and management they’d try harder. Won’t be long until they close. 6 months?

When you order food that takes forever to be made and this is what you paid for. Staff isn’t up to speed and burger was cold. If I thought someone in the back cared I would have had them make properly. However, when staff makes an effort to avoid eye contact and has to be told this lady is waiting for some sauces it’s gone way past bad. Dining room was not clean either and this was a decent one at one time.

I waited for 27 minutes to my order is the first problem the second problem is that after I waited 27 minutes to place my order they did not get all of my item in the back of course so therefore I had to go back through the line invite another 13 minutes so that I can get the food that I had ordered 30 some minutes ago now keep in mind that I also tried to call the establishment if you want to call it that and I got put to voicemail who was going to leave a voicemail at at establish restaurant? Who plays absolutely sucks I do not recommend anyone stopping here especially if you are in a hurry or like your food hot

Walked in to loud music using the “N” word and the F word. Elderly lady toom our order and was nice but had to keep repeating everything due to how loud the music was. Totally inappropriate.
