Today was the girl on the dining room registers first day she had no trainer with her and was so confused she messed up 3 orders in a row. The guys sweeping the dining room was yelling things to the sandwich maker instead of jumping on the counter and teaching her. She rang a combo up individually and instead of substituting fries for onion rings added them. When I’m guessing the manager came to assist he wanted to argue with the other customer about it.

I came there today around 3:00 -ish and I ordered a Whopper with bacon and cheese on it. Large fry and a large surge with light ice. I didn’t think I would need my receipt so I denied my receipt. so my fries were really hot. It literally came out of the fryers. I could definitely tell that, but they didn’t even salt it at all. The fries were good. They were hot At least. the sandwich unfortunately was really cold and the person that was cooking the sandwich made the sandwich wrong. I used to work for Burger King and I was still remember the build. I don’t understand how pickles come before bacon I used to be literally place meat cheese bacon then I would put your 4 pickles on the sandwich so u can cover the meat like a square and then you put three rings of ketchup and then three things of onion rings on top, but it seems like here recently with the new owners. I guess whoever runs a place.

Ordered food at 9:50 and was pulled forward. They pulled 5 cars forward. They brought out all 5 cars food at 10:05. So my food was cold. Pathetic management!!!!!!
