I ordered 2 croissants in drive thru. They gave me 1 and charged me 4.02. didn’t pay much attention to it. But reached in bag noticed only one. Went back through and said hey I ordered two so I owe you $1.28 and you owe me a croissant. Mgr said NO, you able to pay 4.02 again because I already checked out. I said it was your mistake, not mine I’m willing to pay the difference and he insisted I pay $8 for 2 croissants because I had already checked out. I go there all the time before work and it was terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible. He could not understand the reasoning at all. Just ring up $1.28 misc. And give me the other croissant. The service was good. Better than most BK I’ve been to. Nothing really on the menu I recommend. It just is what you expect it to be I think. Better than mcd’s. That’s about it though

It’s 2/12/23 @ 12:36 lunch time. I ordered my food and forgot one of my sandwiches and I asked for it to be added on at the window I said sorry and was super nice to the girl at the window she turned to her I guess manager and said could be please add on the double stacker the manager threw an Attitude about it.. there was no reason to act that way!. I won’t be going back. If you don’t like you’re job don’t work their sweetie!.
