Run of the mill Burger King but do not expect to be able to use the mobile app. I spent a good 10 minutes at the drive thru explaining to the employee that i had combo deal I was applying to my order. My app even said it “applied to my order” but they kept trying to ring up all the individual items and charge me 15$ dollars for something that should 8$. After 10 minutes of back and forth with no progress I just left. I don’t know if the system is bad or if I just got unlucky with my service but it’s frustrating to spend 10 minutes trying to apply something made to be done in seconds.

Shame on me for eating Burger King to begin with, right? I usually don’t opt for fast food. This location is horrific though. The fries they gave me were ice cold, stale, and covered in burnt grime from the fryer. Tasted awful. Same deal with the nuggets. Ice cold, petrified, certainly not made fresh to my order. How do you charge what you charge for these items and then hand it to people frozen and stale through the window? Do better, please. This is absurdly low quality service.

The manager should NOT be one! She degraded the kitchen people while my daughter and I were in the store waiting for our food. Yelling at them, however coming up to the front and smiling. Please send this woman to training classes where she understands how to talk to people. She kept speaking of how the customer is number one and always right. You just lost THIS customer because of how you treat your employees. Please be more mindful.

Food is always good and drive thru attendants are always friendly and seem hard working but half the time you see the staff is sitting outside smoking or hanging out on break. The last two times we went through the drive thru around 7pm we were told they were temporarily closed or their system was down. Today we waited at a standstill for 25 minutes with three cars ahead after placing our orders. Seems as if this establishment isn’t managed well or even at all. Losing lots of business!
