This is what $2.29 gets you after a 15 minute wait. Not only was it under filled, under seasoned AND COLD, but they were also hard AF. Like, no one should ever have served these fries. It’s ridiculous. As far as I’m concerned this BK just stole my $2.29.

Every time I come through the drive thru I always have to pull up to the right side curb. Yes I’m sure your ticket times look tremendous, but just have me wait for my food at the window otherwise I would just come inside. All 3 cars are waiting for food, it is 11:42am on a Monday…Lunch time!

The worst restaurant I have ever been too!! I order a sandwich they told me they stop selling over 2 weeks ago, but still had the signs up for it. 2 incident went there at 6:15 am to get breakfast got yelled at by an employee because they open at 6am and we didn’t give them enough time. 3rd I went thru the drive through at 9:30 pm one time well they close at midnight and it was closed due all the employees walking out. When I order onion rings I never get onion rings but fries.. the McDonald’s in my hometown was rated the worst McDonald’s in the state of Ohio, and restaurant is still better. I know this is privately own BK, but I hope BK steps in they are ruining the BK name

Just OK – I like BK Whoppers & mozzarella sticks, so I keep coming back. But this location always leaves something to be desired; slow, never gets the order 100% right, and a bit dingy. I have been to better locations, but this one is right up the street.

Most of the time our order is wrong. A $5.00+ sandwich that only comes with a half of a piece of bacon, 1 hamburger patty instead of 2, no cheese, cold food, etc. The front cashier is usually polite and helpful although the cook tend to be rude and vulgar. The tables, floor and soda machine definitely need more attention too, they’re gross.

One evening within the past 2 months I stopped by the drive thru 40 min before they closed and didn’t get acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. When I continued out, I looked in the window and saw the few employees in there just chillin on their phones. Tonight, however, my husband stopped by to pick me up a whopper, ordered a number one with cheese and came home with 2 beef patties and a slice of cheese between two buns…
