I’ve never seen such drama in a restaurant in my life. Came on 8/24 at 5pm in the afternoon. I guess BK is a half daycare now. Mom was in the back while papaw, daughter, one kid running around with no shoes, 2 other young men, one baby in a carrier, all chaos and in one section of the dining room like they were in their living room! Mom in the back yelling across the restaurant to the others demanding he come up front. Not to mention feeding the whole family with no money changing hands. No professionalism anywhere. So distracting. Papaw pacing, mom yelling, kid running around with black feet from the floors, one of the guys falling asleep on the table, young girl who can’t control her man so runs and gets mom in the back. I guess this is the norm there because no one said anything to anyone.

I came here when they opened to get some breakfast before I had to work at 6am at my job. When I ordered, I said “can I get 2 ham, egg, and cheese croissanwichs” the lady goes $5.30. It’s like maybe I wasn’t done ma’am but whatever I guess. Get up to the window she hands me my food and card back, and I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know the women’s name. And besides the rudeness, my food was cold like it never was heated to begin with. Now I have never had any problems at this location until today. So I’m sorry to give it 2 stars, but they upset me this morning.

Wow. I felt it deserves two stars ONLY because the exterior was clean: free of trash, debris, and graffiti. That was probably the only thing decent about my experience. Other than that, I regret my visit. Ok, here’s the details. Pulled up to the drive-thru, no one was ahead of me and no one behind me. There’s no rush at this point. The lady came over the intercom saying only “what do you want?” With an attitude of irritation. I only ordered two sandwiches: 1) King CROISSANWICH® With Double Sausage and, 2) King CROISSANWICH® With Sausage & Bacon.

Staff was friendly. Food is descent. Sometimes they’re kind of slow but not this time. I ordered a medium coke.. I bet it was 1/3 of the way full and the rest ice.. this picture is after I got home about 15 minutes after I ordered it. And all the coke is gone. the rest is ice. There was more but it’s melted some. Barely any coke. A rip off… I drank what little coke was is in there in 2 minutes.. I’ll go again but never ordering a coke with ice. But to be fair I’ve been to this Burger King probably 30 times and never really any problems.

The dining area and bathroom were beyond dirty, improper cleaning for awhile, gunk in corners etc. I was disappointed I love burgerking but because of this when in owensburo I won’t be going back there for a long while. We didn’t eat half of our food because of this. If the front half is that bad makes ya wonder about the back end
