From walking in the door…courteous young man opened the door for us and allowed us to go ahead of him to order….very nice lady at the counter took our order and order received quickly! The burgers were freshly made (at 11:30am) and the fries were perfect. We weren’t expecting any of this…but it was perfect…you rule!!

This place is outrageous!! We drive into the parking lot and find out the dine-in area is closed due to a managers meeting according to the paper on the door, so we drive up to the drive-thru and use a coupon to order some breakfast sandwiches that include a coffee, we asked the woman if we can substitute the coffee for a small soft drink instead which she assured us would be perfectly fine, then once we got to the first window the lady there overcharged us for the entire meal, so I ask if they got the order right about the substitute for the drink and she claims she has no idea what we were talking about and after we got to the second window the woman (who I assume is the one that actually took our order) said she did it right…uh no you gave us a large drink and overcharged us for it when we clearly asked for a small drink. Horrible customer service and this all happened during a managers meeting, so you would think the employees would provide quality service ‍♂️ ‍♂️ we’re never eating here again and nobody else should either.

What a clown show this place is. Stopped in Sunday at 3:05. Took 25 minutes to get a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. Employees were unorganized and either tripping over each other or standing clueless. The manager has no organizational skills at all. He wandered from place to place like he was lost, as they got busier. My double cheeseburger came out as a single. Took another 10 minutes for the cook to remake it, and that was the only thing he made for 10 minutes. Complete joke of a store. A pathetic mess. Burger King should close this one.

Oh my god that’s all I can say, I have never in my life been to a Burger King that’s just like every other one! This one believe it or not it’s just like every other one, you’re going to get exactly what you order and wait exactly as long as you think you’re going to. We got the chicken sandwich, and the fish sandwich with some onion rings. All in all can’t go wrong minus getting a whopper but I feel like we’re both going to live. It’s a good easy reliable Burger King.

I’ve always liked Burger King! That being said, they have a serious problem with cooking onion rings. They’re either not cooked enough or burnt, as was the case yesterday.
