They can never get special orders right if you change the way it’s made or add something odds are it will be wrong or it won’t have what you added but they don’t forget to charge you for it. They do not fight you when you call in most the time and they always replace it if you take it back in but then your waiting forever again cause they don’t make your food separate from the other order they just work it in with the other orders. The o-rings are always trash and they act some type of way when u ask them to drop them fresh and if they do be prepared to wait even longer. But the burgers are normally done right and taste good most the time. Stoped going there for a while because they never could get my order right and it was simple.

The wait times have gotten better, but even with only a car or two in the drive thru, they can still be pretty long. If you’re only looking for service with a smile and nothing else, this is the place for you.

Came in and ordered a single burger and fries, after 15mins waiting at the counter, they some how lost my order. Asked if I could wait and they would try to get it right. There is no reason to wait that long and by the way I was the only customer in the dining room. So I just left, without a refund, I was so irritated the money wasn’t the point.
